Preferred Controls provides full oil production pad SCADA services to numerous producers in the North Dakota Bakken. This featured project included full design and integration services for the local production pad SCADA system as well as a complete remote supervisory system using Wonderware's system platform. A large scale, multi-repeater unlicensed radio system was designed and built to provide full monitoring and control for all of the oil production sites at numerous regional offices throughout North Dakota, as well as monitoring and control from corporate headquarters in Dallas, TX.

Preferred Controls designed, built and integrated a SCADA System for the Green Lake Wastewater collection system. This county wide SCADA system encompasses a geographic area of over 120 square miles and has 30 sites. We also provide continuing integration services for numerous Wastewater and Water plant upgrades throughout for the District.

Preferred Controls designed and integrated the City’s water and wastewater SCADA system. The SCADA system features Ethernet/ spread spectrum radio communication, software dialer with smart phone interface, and an HMI located at the wastewater treatment plant. Preferred Controls also has manufactured numerous lift station control panels for the City. We also provide continuing integration services for the City’s wastewater treatment plant.

Preferred Controls provided a full system integration package for the City of Albany’s ground water treatment plant. This package including, custom control panel manufacturing, programming services, motor control centers, and full instrumentation. The City’s SCADA system was also designed and integrated by Preferred Controls. The SCADA system utilizes licensed radio communications to monitor and control both water and wastewater locations throughout the City. Preferred Controls also provides the City with quality lift station control panels, designed by us and manufactured in our UL508A facility.
